Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair forklifts, MHE, and industrial equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will perform preventive maintenance and engage with the CMMS to document work orders, ensuring uptime and reliability across refrigeration and facility systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance experience or equivalent trade school.
• Mechanical maintenance experience with forklifts, MHE, or industrial machinery preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools; able to document work orders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on forklifts, conveyors, MHE, and other mechanical equipment.
• Maintain and repair motors, pumps, gearboxes, belts, chains, bearings, and other machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance on refrigeration equipment; training provided as needed.
• Assist with building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and general facility repairs.
• Document completed work and update maintenance activities in our CMMS system.
• Safely operate power tools, welders, cutting torches, lifts, and other maintenance equipment.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot issues and improve equipment reliability.
