AHEPA Senior Living is seeking a full-time Maintenance technician to provide top-notch services for our housing community. You will perform janitorial duties, basic repairs, and routine inspections to keep systems and equipment in good working order.

Qualifications

• Inspect the property regularly and assess physical condition.
