PureHealth in a post-acute setting seeks a multi-skilled maintenance technician to repair and maintain machines and building systems across the facility. The role covers insulation, machining, carpentry, electrical/mechanical equipment, and structural repairs.

You will be performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing problems, and following life safety plans, with weekend and holiday shifts as needed. The environment emphasizes collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance of building systems and equipment.
• Familiarity with life safety codes and compliance.
• Ability to use Building Engines for work orders and tracking.
• Physical capability to lift 60+ pounds and perform hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
• Diagnose mechanical problems using manuals and blueprints.
• Inspect and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Follow life safety and disaster plans.
• Assist EVS in cleaning duties across patient areas.
• Operate Building Engines to manage work orders.
• Participate in Life Safety and Disaster Team.
