Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a dependable Facility Manager/Maintenance Technician to oversee all building and equipment maintenance across 10 stores in the Upper Cumberland. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and consistent store operations, handling preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, maintaining logs, and supporting store remodels or relocations as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance or facility management experience, preferably in restaurant/retail
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment repair
• Skilled in tile work, flooring, painting, drywall, carpentry, and general handyman repairs
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills across locations

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on equipment (ovens, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• General building upkeep including tile repairs, painting, drywall, carpentry, and handyman projects
• Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot issues
• Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed
• Maintain maintenance logs, supply inventory, and equipment records
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and health regulations
• Support new store buildouts, remodels, or relocations as needed
• Communicate repair/maintenance priorities to General Managers and leadership

This role is crucial to making sure our team members and customers have the best experience possible.

Job Description

The Facility Manager/Maintenance Technician will oversee all building and equipment maintenance across our 10 Domino’s Pizza stores. This includes preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep. You’ll be the go‑to person for keeping everything safe, efficient, and in great working order.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on equipment (ovens, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).

• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to balance multiple priorities across several locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders when needed.
• Flexible schedule, including some nights/weekends for urgent repairs.
