Job summary

Team Murph in the Greater Nashville Region is seeking an experienced restaurant technician with 3+ years HVAC/R and oven repair to join our fast-paced team. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot failures, and repair a range of equipment across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 5+ years in HVAC/R with 2+ years in oven/hot equipment maintenance, EPA certifications, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R experience with 5+ years; 2+ years for oven/hot equipment.
• EPA HVAC/R certification and contractor’s license preferred.
• Flexible shifts including evenings/weekends and on-call duties.
• Background check and random drug screenings required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; smart device for Corrigo.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair restaurant equipment.
• Service and repair HVAC units and ovens.
• Install and replace equipment and walk-in/reach-in coolers.
• Maintain facilities: plumbing, electrical, painting.
• Complete work orders, communicate progress, and document repairs.
• Submit weekly expenses and provide site reports.
