Job summary

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Environmental Services team at The Heights Assisted Living in Holmen, WI. This full-time role works with Maintenance and Housekeeping leaders to keep the community in proper operating condition.

All necessary tools and resources will be provided to complete daily duties. Responsibilities include general upkeep of the community and grounds, preventative maintenance, and timely repair work.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and basic building construction.
• Experience with commercial kitchens and/or HVAC equipment is beneficial.
• Valid driver's license with responsible driving record.

Responsibilities

• General upkeep of the communities and facility grounds.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Repair work requests in a timely manner such as projects and repairs as needed by staff and residents.
• Assist in checking mechanical equipment and safety systems such as fire alarms and door hardware.
• Flooring maintenance with extraction equipment as needed, and assist in apartment turnover.
• Maintain required records and reports as necessary.
