Job summary

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Environmental Services team at The Heights Assisted Living in Holmen, WI. This full-time role works with Maintenance and Housekeeping leaders to keep the community in proper operating condition.

All necessary tools and resources will be provided to complete daily duties. Responsibilities include general upkeep of the community and grounds, preventative maintenance, and timely repair work.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and basic building construction.
• Experience with commercial kitchens and/or HVAC equipment is beneficial.
• Valid driver's license with responsible driving record.

Responsibilities

• General upkeep of the communities and facility grounds.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Repair work requests in a timely manner such as projects and repairs as needed by staff and residents.
• Assist in checking mechanical equipment and safety systems such as fire alarms and door hardware.
• Flooring maintenance with extraction equipment as needed, and assist in apartment turnover.
• Maintain required records and reports as necessary.

Eagle Crest Communities: The Heights Assisted Living (Holmen, WI) Environmental Services - Maintenance Tech

Full-Time; 80 hours per two week pay period

Monday-Friday, primarily daytime hours – must be available to work evenings and weekends when necessary

Participation in the emergency maintenance on-call rotation is required, this includes Eagle Crest South, Eagle Crest North, Cass Street, and The Holmen Campus.

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Environmental Services at our Onalaska and Holmen locations. This position will work directly with our Maintenance and Housekeeping leaders and staff to ensure our community stays in proper operating condition. All necessary tools and resources will be provided to complete daily job duties.

What You’ll Do

• General upkeep of the communities and facility grounds


• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency repairs


• Repair work requests in a timely manner such as projects and repairs as needed by staff and residents


• Assist in checking mechanical equipment


• Work with safety/security systems such as fire alarms, fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems and door entry and locks.


• Flooring maintenance with extraction equipment as needed


• Assist in apartment turnover


• Maintain required records and reports as necessary.

What You’ll Need

Our Wages

Starting pay is $19.00 to $27.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications
