Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC in Fresno, CA is seeking a Maintenance Associate to maintain electrical control systems and mechanical equipment in industrial manufacturing. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience and can troubleshoot a range of systems, from motors to hydraulics and pneumatics.

Work Mon–Fri, 7:50 am to 4:20 pm, with starting pay $33.80/hour and weekly pay. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ maintenance experience in industrial electrical/mechanical field.
Knowledge of AC motors/controls, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Working knowledge of DC motors and controls.
Valid driver’s license and forklift certification required; training provided.
Good safety, attendance and performance records.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays; ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Maintain electrical control systems and mechanical equipment in industrial manufacturing.
Troubleshoot and repair extruders, thermoformers and packagers; manage electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic controls.
Operate and maintain electrical heat/cool control systems, AC/DC motors, and PLCs.
Perform preventative maintenance and general building repairs as needed.
Train others and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Communicate work orders, PM schedules and procedures using CMMS and logs.
