Job summary

Pedcor Companies’ Charleston Place Apartments in Jacksonville, NC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You’ll be responsible for grounds upkeep, apartment turns, and day-to-day maintenance to ensure a welcoming community for residents.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of maintenance experience, may hold HVAC and/or CPO certifications, and must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance.

From keeping the grounds looking their best to preparing apartments for new residents, you'll play a key role in the overall resident experience.
