Shaw Industries is seeking a Maintenance Tech B for the Day Shift at our Dalton, GA facility. This role focuses on keeping production equipment safe, reliable, and efficient while supporting ongoing maintenance activities.

You will work with a collaborative team, handle preventive and predictive maintenance, diagnose issues, and mentor junior technicians as part of a broader continuous improvement effort.

Competenze

• Strong background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Mansioni

• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on a wide range of industrial equipment.
• Maintain mechanical systems including bearings, shafts, pulleys, belts, chains, motors, and gearboxes.
• Service conveyance systems, piping, and utilities (steam, air, water).
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure reliable operation and reduced downtime.
