NSG Group/Pilkington in Shelbyville, IN seeks a Maintenance Tech for a 2/2/3 rotating schedule. The role requires on-site presence across shifts in a 24/7 environment. You will perform electro-mechanical maintenance, repair equipment, and document activities in the CMMS.

Qualifications

• This position requires an AS degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• Strong electro-mechanical maintenance experience on industrial equipment.
• Ability to pass an accredited Industrial Maintenance Exam (written and hands-on).
• Read blueprints and troubleshoot complex process and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, health and environmental guidelines during activities.
• Repair process, production and facility equipment as required.
• Resolve equipment failures in a timely manner.
• Document daily activities in the CMMS (eMaint).
• Plan and implement 5S standards for maintenance areas.
• Coordinate parts and supplies for projects and repairs.
• Participate in PM events across areas as needed.
• Monitor emergency breakdowns and obtain technical assistance as needed.
