Pilkington North America Inc. in Versailles, KY is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 2/2/3 rotating schedule (Evenings).

This full-time, on-site role is tied to the Shelbyville, IN facility with strong presence required on the production floor to support a 24/7 operation. The position offers an hourly range of $32.00–$40.50 with evening shift differential, potential OT, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) match, education assistance, life insurance, company holidays, paid

Qualifications

• AS Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field (desirable).
• Technical education and/or significant electro-mechanical maintenance experience required on industrial facilities equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, health, and environmental guidelines during activities.
• Repair process, production, and facility equipment as required.
• Ensure timely resolution of equipment failures.
• Document daily maintenance activities in the CMMS (eMaint).
• Plan and implement 5S in maintenance areas.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to complete projects.
• Source parts to complete projects and repairs.
• Participate in PM events across areas as needed.
• Monitor emergency breakdowns and request technical assistance.
• Train new employees to meet business needs.
