Job summary

Pilkington North America Inc. is seeking a Maint Tech for the Versailles, KY facility. The role requires on‑site presence on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule (evenings). You will work on process equipment, perform repairs, and document activities in the CMMS, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The position offers 401(k) match, education assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants should be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be comfortable with 6:15pm–6:30am shifts.

Qualifications

• AS Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field (preferred).
• Extensive electro‑mechanical maintenance experience on industrial facilities equipment (CNC, robots, servo systems).
• Ability to read blueprints for specified disciplines.
• Proven troubleshooting of process and production equipment failures.
• Ability to pass an accredited Industrial Maintenance exam (written and hands-on).
• Strong safety, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety, Health and Environmental guidelines during activities.
• Repair process, production, and facility equipment as required.
• Resolve equipment failures in a timely manner.
• Document daily activities in CMMS (eMaint).
• Plan and implement 5S in Maintenance Areas.
