Qualifications

• Digital literacy in work order system, email, ESS and training.
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Follow codes, regulations, and safety directives in building operations.
• Adhere to established practices and undertake training and development activities.
• Perform general labor and maintain maintenance records.
• Assist with repairing buildings and installed systems under supervision.
• Maintain appearance of property and spaces.
