CBRE Local’s Maintenance Technical Apprentice role provides on-the-job training to maintain buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. You will join the Engineering and Technical Services function to support preventive maintenance and repairs across facilities.
You’ll learn from current engineers, assist with installation and modification of building equipment, and help manage energy use while ensuring safety and code compliance.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs one equipment and systems.

Pay Disclaimer - Not-Bonus Eligible: * CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Apprentice position is $50,000 annually [or $24.04 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Apprentice position is $65,000 annually [or $31.25 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
