NOVO Health Services is seeking a Third shift, full-time Maintenance Technician for our healthcare linen facility in Ravenna, OH. The role focuses on repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of laundry and boiler room equipment, under supervision of Senior Technicians, with potential basic plumbing, carpentry, welding, or electrical tasks.

The position requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, safe work practices, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Prior experience with boiler maintenance.
• Good communications skills with all levels.
• Wear proper PPE and complete all required safety training.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot automated industrial equipment.
• Install and maintain equipment.
• Perform building maintenance and repair.
• Execute preventative maintenance program.
• Assist in OSHA compliance and utility reduction efforts.
• Complete work order assignments.
• Repair, modify, or fabricate parts from blueprints, drawings, and schematics.

Novo Health Services is hiring a Third shift, full-time Maintenance Technician for our healthcare linen facility in Ravenna, OH.

Maintenance team members perform repairs, adjustments, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on laundry and boiler room equipment. This role may also involve basic plumbing, carpentry, welding, or electrical work under the supervision of Senior Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for trouble shooting automated industrial equipment.
• Installation, and maintenance of equipment.
• Building maintenance and repair.
• Preventative maintenance program.
• Assisting in concerns: OSHA, reduction of utilities, garbage, etc.
• Completing work order assignments
• Use knowledge of industrial maintenance to repair, modify, or fabricate parts for equipment.
• Ability to analyze blueprints, drawings, and schematics of automated industrial equipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Must use proper PPE in compliance with company policies.
• Must remain compliant with all safety related company policies and procedures.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shifts, 10pm-6am
• 5 days per weekwith rotating scheduled days off

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for the full shift
• 100lbs maximum lifting with frequent lifting or carrying of up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Prior experience with boiler maintenance.
• Good communications skills with all levels.
• High School, GED, or equivalent plus two years related experience.
• Wear proper PPE and complete all required safety training.
• Reliable attendance
• Ability to work as part of a team
