Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Reading mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic prints.
• Basic electrical knowledge and basic hydraulics, pneumatics and plumbing knowledge.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular and preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Complete mechanical repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and repair welding/fabrication tasks.
• Enter maintenance data into the system accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; comply with safety practices.

Our equipment is setting new standards for performance and economics nationwide.SUMMARYWesterman, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician with a proven ability to troubleshoot advanced mechanical problems in an efficient and safe manner throughout the facility. This position is responsible for preventative and mechanical maintenance and must possess intermediate knowledge of machine repair. A successful candidate is a self-motivated problem-solver that utilizes a strong work ethic to ensure all quality levels are met.RESPONSIBILITIESRegular and punctual attendance at work is an essential job function of each position and is necessary to your individual effectiveness and that of your work group.
