We have a client in Clyde that is looking for individuals with experience in plastic injection molding maintenance. You will be tasked with performing complicated repairs to hydraulic and electrical machines.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 2:45pm to 11pm

Pay: $26 to $30/hour depending on experience. $2.00 shift premium for 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plastic injection molding machinery and related equipment
• Repair of HVAC, conveyors, pneumatic circuits, electrical systems and fixtures.
• Maintaining equipment operating logs and properly document activities
• Welding/fabrication skills
• Following all OSHA and ANSI regulations
• Moves, installs, and adjusts fixtures, motors, and other electrical/mechanical equipment
• Reduce machine downtime and improve manufacturing process
• Perform problem analysis and resolution
• Repairing and conducting PM's on all auxiliary equipment
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and understand basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• 3-5 years of electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics experience
• Knowledge of Ladder Logic and PLC experience required
• Knowledge of machine shop equipment, troubleshooting, and National Electric Code
• Good communication skills, maintaining professional and respectful work environment
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work additional hours on short notice, including weekends required
