Job summary

Labelink is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Appleton, WI facility on 2nd shift. You will perform preventive maintenance on printing presses and related equipment, troubleshoot electrical components, and work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems to keep production running smoothly.

You\'ll use Micro-Main CMMS to manage tasks and records, follow Lockout/Tagout and OSHA 1910 safety protocols, and participate in a 4-day, 10-hour schedule with potential overtime and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining printing presses and related components.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Commitment to OSHA safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

Shift Details:

• 2nd Shift - Monday through Thursday, 2:20pm to 12:20am. (We are willing to flex schedule a bit!)
• Overtime opportunities as needed.

What You'll Do:

• Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks to keep equipment running efficiently.
• Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems as needed.
• Follow safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout and OSHA 1910 guidelines.
• Learn and use maintenance software such as Micro-Main CMMS to manage tasks and maintenance records.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components on printing presses.

What We're Looking For:

• Solid understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with electrically powered printing presses and their components.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to OSHA standards.
• Reliable and consistent work ethic, especially in performing scheduled maintenance.
• Openness to learning new tools and technologies, including maintenance management software.
