Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to join our engineering team. You will perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance to keep all hotel equipment operating smoothly and safely.

This role requires assisting the Chief Engineer with building and grounds tasks while delivering courteous service to guests and staff. The ideal candidate will follow all safety standards, be a team player, and be willing to help in other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guides.
• Ability to provide courteous guest service and adapt to requests.
• Wamiliarity with building and grounds maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment in good working order and perform routine repairs.
• Assist Chief Engineer with building and grounds maintenance.
• Provide a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting safety standards.
• Deliver professional, courteous service to guests and accommodate requests.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Be aware of emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guides.

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician II

Pay scale: $19-$24/hour (depending on experience)

Key Role Responsibilities

• As a maintenance tech on our engineering team, you are responsible for keeping all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
• You will assist others on the team including the Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance
• Provide a safe environment for our guests and the hotel staff by meeting all safety standards
• Provide professional courteous service to our guests and be accommodating to various requests
• Be a team player and assist in other departments when help is needed
• Must be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and aware of all Job Safety Analysis guides
