CP Cleveland 9th III LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our engineering team at a Cleveland hotel. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with building and grounds projects, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently for guests and staff.

Ideal candidates have hands-on problem-solving skills, basic HVAC/electrical/plumbing knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset to maintain a safe, comfortable environment. Full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Description

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently. You’ll assist with preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property’s facilities—helping to provide a safe, comfortable environment for our guests and team members.
