Job summary

Concord Hospitality Brand is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team. You will ensure hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently, assisting with preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep to provide a safe, comfortable environment for guests and team members.

You will collaborate with the engineering team, perform routine maintenance, and support building and grounds projects while adhering to safety procedures and delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support other departments when needed and follow all emergency and safety procedures.
