Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to unanticipated facility needs to minimize risk and service disruption.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of buildings, systems, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable codes.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across multiple disciplines.
• Receive on-the-job training in: Electrical: Lighting, outlets, switches, panels, medium-voltage systems.
• Receive on-the-job training in: Plumbing: Fixtures, valves, faucets, toilets, drains.
• Receive on-the-job training in: HVAC: Filters, coils, compressors, VFDs.
• Receive on-the-job training in: Power Plant Systems: Boilers, chillers, water softeners.
• Receive on-the-job training in: General Maintenance: Carpentry, painting, workspace modifications, fire/smoke wall repairs.
• Receive on-the-job training in: Groundskeeping: Snow removal, exterior building upkeep.
• Receive on-the-job training in: Patient Care Equipment: Fire detection systems, pneumatic tube systems.
• Maintain inventory and documentation of parts and repairs.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergencies.
• Attend training sessions.

Compensation: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience and shift

Shifts Available: FT Day shift

Position Summary
