Encore HCS is seeking a Maintenance Tech to uphold the physical condition of residential apartments and campus areas. You will perform routine and emergency repairs, respond to HVAC issues, and complete work orders with detailed information.
The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general upkeep, and the ability to work with residents and staff. This on-site position may include on-call overtime and requires dependable attendance.
Tuesday - Saturday 8am-4pm
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for the overall upkeep of residential apartments and public areas through responsive, accurate and efficient maintenance. This will be accomplished through the performance of simple tasks that require the application of general maintenance and repair techniques, materials, tools and equipment.
The Maintenance Tech serves as a member of the Maintenance team that is responsible for the physical condition of all buildings on campus.

Must possess a working knowledge of residential building maintenance to include, but not limited to,
plumbing, electrical, flooring and appliances. Must have knowledge of HVAC.
Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff. Must function under general supervision. Must be flexible and have integrity. Must possess the ability of effectively work with residents and staff.
High School or GED. Possess 1-2 years of maintenance experience in a residential apartment complex, commercial building construction or maintenance.
