Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing, and replacing fixtures, furniture, and equipment.

• Assist with groundskeeping, including lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal as needed.
• Maintain and repair mechanical systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to identify and prioritize tasks.
• Respond to maintenance requests from healthcare professionals and patients.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
