Job summary

ARK in Warner Robins, GA seeks a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to oversee the property's upkeep and keep operations safe and functional. You’ll perform routine tasks to ensure guest comfort and respond to issues with a calm, solution-focused approach.

Ideal candidates are proactive, physically able to handle maintenance duties, and possess reliable communication skills. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required, with 2–4 years in a maintenance role.

Responsibilities

• Operate wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills and other maintenance equipment.
• Address guest complaints regarding maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain all hotel equipment and preventative maintenance plans.
• Assist other technicians and engineers with maintenance tasks collaboratively.
• Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand.

Are you mechanically inclined? Are you good at fixing things? We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functional, pleasurable, and safe.
