Job summary

Express Employment is seeking a dependable General Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and basic carpentry at various job locations in Tennessee. Travel to sites will be required.

We value hands-on experience with hand and power tools, strong problem-solving, reliability, and a willingness to learn. A valid driver's license and ability to work indoors and outdoors are required.

Milage reimbursement and hotel accommodations are provided where work requires travel.

• Previous maintenance or mechanical experience preferred

General Maintenance Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable General Maintenance Technician to perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic carpentry work at various job locations. Residential maintenance or carpentry experience is a plus but is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs

• Perform basic carpentry and facility repairs

• Use hand and power tools safely

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Travel to various job locations as needed

• Complete additional duties as assigned
