Job summary

Titan Specialty in Slinger, WI is seeking a mid-level Maintenance Technician who can troubleshoot electrical panels, hydraulic systems, and conveyors in a fast-paced distribution center. This full-time, first-shift position requires hands-on problem solving and a proactive approach to keeping equipment running.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, read schematics, and document work in our CMMS.

Qualifications

What You'll Do:

• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on conveyors, forklifts, dock doors, and more
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (motors, sensors, relays, control panels)
• Diagnose and maintain hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, cylinders)
• Keep detailed records in our CMMS system
• Ensure all work orders are completed accurately and on time
• Hold external contractors accountable for quality, safety, and timely completion of work
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Work closely with operations and safety teams to keep everything running smooth

Qualifications

QualificationsWhat You Bring:

• Age of 18 or older
• 3-5 years of industrial or warehouse maintenance experience
• Strong skills in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Comfortable with tools, meters, and diagnostic gear
• High school diploma or GED (tech school = bonus!)
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
