Responsibilities

• Performs weekly and monthly inspections and tours.
• Tests generators and emergency lighting; ensures safety compliance.
• Assists Director, Plant Operations/Support Services with daily facility operations.

Roxbury Hospital is currently recruiting a full-time Maintenance Tech to work in our Shippensburg behavioral healthcare facility.

This is a Monday - Friday position with on-call overnight and weekend rotation.

The Maintenance Tech is responsible for assisting the Director, Plant Operations/Support Services with the daily operations of facility management. The Maintenance Tech assists in the repair and/or renovation of buildings to include the following in addition to providing maintenance support for all areas of the facility.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

High School Diploma, preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of maintaining and repairing basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing equipment, preferrably in a hospital environment.

Licensure/Certification

Valid Driver's License required
