Job summary

Concord hotel is seeking an entry-level Hotel Maintenance Technician to perform routine repairs across guest rooms, public areas, and equipment. Earn $17–$18 per hour, with opportunities to grow and advance within the engineering team.

Flexible scheduling includes weekends and after-school hours, reflecting a hands-on, guest-facing maintenance role. Ideal candidates will have basic plumbing/electrical/HVAC knowledge, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Available after 3pm 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on guest rooms, public areas, and hotel equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility systems, furniture, fixtures, and appliances as needed.
• Maintain hotel grounds, parking areas, and exterior facilities to company standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and hotel policies.
• Assist with room repairs, painting, and special projects as assigned.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and report major repair needs to management.
• Maintain an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
• Provide friendly, professional service while interacting with guests, vendors, and team members.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on guest rooms, public areas, and hotel equipment, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues.
