We're seeking someone with advanced troubleshooting abilities who can independently diagnose and repair a wide range of residential building systems while ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. This position is ideal for a technician who thrives on solving complex problems, mentoring others, and being the person the team relies on when challenging maintenance issues arise.
