Job summary

Ag Processing Inc in Mason City, IA is seeking a self-motivated maintenance professional for a full-time position to maintain, repair, and replace equipment after diagnosing issues. You will troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, and help ensure smooth operation of plant equipment.

Responsibilities include repairing or replacing equipment, fabricating plant items, addressing electrical issues, maintaining sanitation, and supporting various duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in mechanical, construction or equivalent.
• Knowledge of PSM, NFPA, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
• Ability to read and understand computer printouts and equipment specifications.
• Skilled in operating a forklift, bobcat and end-loader.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Able to be available for on-call status periodically (as needed).
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
