Job summary

Coastal Building Maintenance is seeking an on-site maintenance worker with painting experience to join our school-based team in Florida. You will perform daily and weekly checks, manage a work order system, and help keep tools, supplies, and facilities well maintained.

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial painting experience
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience (preferred school or commercial)
• Valid driver's license
• Background check/fingerprinting (required for schools)
