Job summary

Bellisio Foods Inc. seeks a Maintenance Tech to support ongoing production operations. You will repair and maintain machinery, and perform scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have basic electrical skills, and may have TIG welding knowledge; training provided as needed. This on-site role requires the ability to stand long shifts and follow GMP and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to identify issues and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience or knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Tech

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support production operation
• Repair and maintain machinery including scheduled preventative maintenance
• Basic electrical, tig welding knowledge preferred but not required.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements:

• Highly motivated self-starter
• Ability to identify issues with and make repairs to electrical and Mechanical systems
• Experienced in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Human Safety, Food safety and Paperwork Requirements:

• Complete other paperwork as requested
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP’S)
• Follow all plant and area safety rules and regulations
• Follow all plant rules and polices

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand 8-10 hours per day
• Able to bend or lift 8-10 hours per day
• Able to do repetitive wrist motions/demonstrate good range of motion in wrists
• Able to work overtime as required
• Able to wear rubberized personal protective equipment
