Job summary

Morrow Renewables LLC in Iowa Park, Texas, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to support landfill construction and field operations. You'll follow field maintenance procedures, perform HDPE welding and pump installations, and keep logs and field databases up to date.

This on-site role requires safe work with hand and power tools, the ability to troubleshoot field processes, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Hours are Monday–Friday 7am–6/7pm, with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to follow field maintenance procedures and design standards.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and read safety forms.

Responsibilities

• Follow Field Maintenance procedures and design standards.
• Safe and correct use of hand and power tools.
• Read, understand, and perform according to company mission and values.
• Maintain and update field logs, field databases, and field compliance forms.
• Identify field safety hazards and communicate issues.
• Engage in Fellow Employee training and continual improvement.
• Maintain shop, storage, and UTV housekeeping standards.
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday 7am to 6/7 pm; on-call rotating schedule.
