Maintenance Tech at Morrow Renewables in Iowa Park, TX, is responsible for field maintenance and site operations. You will follow established procedures, perform HDPE welding, and assist with well pump installations while adhering to safety standards.

This on-site role requires a valid driver's license with a clean record and a willingness to work a rotating on-call schedule. You will maintain logs, support equipment operation, and help improve field processes and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Follow Field Maintenance procedures and design standards*

• Proper HDPE welding techniques
• Proper well pump installation techniques

• -Safe and correct use of hand and power tools.
• -Understand and Troubleshoot field processes
• -Perform field maintenance duties safely
• -Operate heavy equipment safely
• -Know and understand Construction Safety
• -Read, understand, and perform according to company mission and values
• -Maintain and update

• Accurate field logs
• Field databases
• Field compliance forms

Identify and communicate

• Field process issues

Maintain Shop, Storage, and UTV housekeeping standards.

Schedule:

• Hours: Monday-Friday 7am to 6/7 pm.
• This is an on-call position on rotating schedule'
