Job summary

Ridgewood at Greenbrier in Greenbrier, TN is seeking a safety-minded Maintenance Technician to care for residents and the community. You will diagnose and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, lighting, doors, and pool areas, and assist with moving appliances and keeping the property clean.

A valid truck or reliable transportation is required and you may be asked to take weekend calls and on-call emergencies as part of rotating duties.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair electrical and plumbing systems.
• Perform general maintenance of building systems and common areas.
• Coordinate with residents and team to keep property in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Repair appliances and fixtures as needed on the property.
• Assist with moving appliances and keep common areas clean.

A Day In The Life Of Our Maintenance Technician Might Include Diagnosing And Maintaining/fixing Any Of The Following (in Addition To Helping With Moving Appliances And Keeping The Property Clean)
Electrical and plumbing (including water lines). A/C and heating systems. Appliances (when applicable). Water irrigation systems. Stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings. Tile, carpet, flooring. Interior/exterior lights. Fireplaces, ceiling fans. Gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable). Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors. Boiler, gas, and/or electric. Door locks, P.O. boxes, and locks. Security systems (where applicable). Ceiling leaks. Pool areas, tile, pool furniture.
A must have a Truck or Reliable transportation. Must Be able to take rotation weekend calls/and take on-call emergencies.
