S&S Property Management Inc is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for Greens at Cascade in Atlanta, GA. This role involves hands-on maintenance of various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and fixing issues, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for residents. Certifications such as HVAC, EPA, and CPO are preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills and reliability are a must, along with the ability to respond to emergency calls.

• Must have reliable transportation for on-call duties.

If you're an enthusiastic and safety-minded Maintenance Technician who enjoys taking great care of residents and the community, we would love for you to apply for our position at Greens at Cascade in Atlanta, GA.

A day in the life of our Maintenance Technician might include diagnosing and maintaining/fixing any of the following (in addition to helping with moving appliances and keeping the property clean):

• Electrical and plumbing (including water lines).
• A/C and heating systems.
• Appliances (when applicable).
• Water irrigation systems.
• Stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings.
• Tile, carpet, flooring.
• Interior/exterior lights.
• Fireplaces, ceiling fans.
• Gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable).
• Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors.
• Boiler, gas, and/or electric.
• Door locks, P.O. boxes, and locks.
• Security systems (where applicable).
• Ceiling leaks.
• Pool areas, tile, pool furniture.

Must have a Truck or Reliable transportation. Must be able to take rotation weekend calls and take on-call emergencies.

HVAC, EPA, CPO certification and/or experience preferred.
