Southern HealthCare Management is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support facility equipment and systems, perform inspections, and troubleshoot mechanical issues. You will use CMMS to track work orders and collaborate with a team to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires reading schematics, basic welding, and strong problem-solving abilities, with leadership potential to supervise contractors on-site. A collaborative, respectful culture enhances growth and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Experience with facilities maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Basic welding skills preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Leadership skills to supervise contractors and vendors during maintenance projects.

Responsibilities
