This full-time role requires reliable, detail-oriented individuals who can prioritize tasks, collaborate with property management and housekeeping, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule once a month.

Qualifications

• Extensive maintenance knowledge and hands-on experience in multiple trades.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Handle general property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and other repair needs.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule one week per month to address urgent issues.
