Aston Group is seeking a proactive Maintenance Assistant to keep our facilities safe, clean, and functional in Florida. You’ll handle routine maintenance, perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, and troubleshoot issues before they disrupt operations.

This hands-on role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of maintenance experience. You’ll work with tools, coordinate with contractors, and contribute to a positive, safety‑minded team with competitive

• Basic computer skills — you know your way around email, Word, and Excel
