Other duties may be assigned.* Self-Starter with Leadership and problem-solving skills* Perform routine and predictive maintenance* Perform general cleaning and maintains clean work area* Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment, electrical & mechanical issues and then repair* Strong customer service skills* Comfortable communicating complex issues with superior, co-workers and customers in a professional manner* Proven ability to work safely in industrial environments* Familiar with and utilize proper Lock Out/ Tag Out safety procedures* Perform preventative equipment maintenance and repairs on all floor equipment, scrubbers, chariot vacuums, extractors, etc.* Respond positively to requests in a timely manner* Ability to use hand and power tools, use of scissor lifts, ladders and scaffolding. Must complete all safety, environmental and task training and or certifications. **Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:** May required to have a valid driver’s license.
