Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance for robots and charging stations.
• Troubleshoot and execute onsite repairs, including preparation and necessary equipment management.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist customers with handling non‑hardware related escalations onsite.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during visits.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working in manufacturing facilities or other environments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology relevant to the role.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred, though experience and aptitude are considered.
• Prefer 1 year plus experience in a hands‑on technical role.
• Familiar with basic electrical and electronic schematics is highly advantageous.
• Proficient with mechanical tools, meters, and electrical testing equipment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Reliable independent transportation to/from work locations throughout the market.
• Access to a smartphone and/or PC to complete training and onboarding period (first 30 days of assignment).
