Qualifications

• Ability to take rotation weekend calls and on-call emergencies.
• Experience with general maintenance in an apartment setting.

If you're an enthusiastic and safety-minded Maintenance Technician who enjoys taking great care of residents and the community, we would love for you to apply for our position at Meadowbrook Apartments in Boaz, AL.

A day in the life of our Maintenance Technician might include diagnosing and maintaining/fixing any of the following (in addition to helping with moving appliances and keeping the property clean):

• Electrical and plumbing (including water lines).
• A/C and heating systems.
• Appliances (when applicable).
• Water irrigation systems.
• Stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings.
• Tile, carpet, flooring.
• Interior/exterior lights.
• Fireplaces, ceiling fans.
• Gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable).
• Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors.
• Boiler, gas, and/or electric.
• Door locks, P.O. boxes, and locks.
• Security systems (where applicable).
• Ceiling leaks.
• Pool areas, tile, pool furniture.

Must have a Truck or reliable transportation. Must be able to take rotation weekend calls and take on‑call emergencies.

HVAC, EPA, CPO certification and/or experience preferred.
