Job summary

The JOY FM is seeking a maintenance technician to join our team. This full-time role requires performing routine maintenance tasks including light plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs. No experience is required.

You will repair equipment as needed, respond to staff or tenant maintenance requests promptly, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:30–4:30 with overtime on a rotating call basis; pay is $13 per hour with opportunities for
