Job summary

Sapp Bros., Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Team Member for our Toquerville location to keep facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for guests. You will perform cleaning, maintenance, and safety tasks that support our 5-star service standard.

Responsibilities include cleaning showers and restrooms, sweeping, mopping, polishing, washing windows, and maintaining fueling areas. Strong reliability and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs are required; prior maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 25–45+ lbs occasionally.
• Team-oriented and customer-service focused.
• Safety-conscious and reliable.

Maintenance Team Member
As a Maintenance Team Member at our Toquerville location, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for every guest. Your work directly supports our reputation for 5-star service and ensures that visitors enjoy the best possible experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver 5-star guest service at all times
• Clean and maintain showers and restrooms
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• At least 18 years of age
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, and climb step ladders
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 25–45+ lbs. occasionally
• Team-oriented and customer-service focused
• Safety-conscious and reliable
• Able to pass a criminal background and employment reference check

Preferred (but not required):

• Previous maintenance or housekeeping experience
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks throughout the day
