Sapp Bros., Inc. is hiring Maintenance Team Members to help maintain clean and safe travel centers. You will deliver top-notch service to customers, keep facilities clean, and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Ideal candidates are 18+, presentable, able to lift up to 25 lbs (and 25-45+ lbs occasionally), and able to pass background checks. Prior maintenance or housekeeping experience is a plus. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Able to stand, kneel, bend, and climb step ladders.
• Able to lift and/or move items up to 25 lbs. and occasionally 25-45+ lbs.
• Able to work well in a team and provide exceptional customer service.
• Commitment to safety and following guidelines.
• Able to pass a criminal background and employment reference check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star guest service at all times.
• Clean and maintain showers and restrooms.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Empty trash containers and maintain cleanliness.
• Polish stainless-steel fixtures and dust surfaces.
• Wash windows and perform light bulb replacements.
• Pressure wash parking lots and fueling areas.
• Clean fuel pumps and maintain overall facility cleanliness.

What You’ll Do:

As a member of our Maintenance team, you’ll work together to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our travel centers. You’ll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, keeping our facilities clean, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 5-star guest service at all times
• Clean and maintain showers and restrooms
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Empty trash containers and maintain cleanliness

Requirements
