Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Arden Hills, MN is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to handle daily cleaning and repair tasks, assist with monthly preventative maintenance, and support special projects. This role requires an early-morning schedule and a solid understanding of equipment and basic technical skills.

The ideal candidate will be available 6am–10am, able to lift 50 lb, and comfortable standing for extended periods. Previous mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic equipment maintenance is preferred.
• Availability 6am–10am; 6am-10am shift.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment
• Complete morning cleaning checklists to ensure restaurant readiness
• Conduct fryer boil-outs and other deep-cleaning procedures
• Repair equipment as assigned
• Carry out additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
• Assist with truck deliveries, including unloading and submitting credits

Reports to: Senior Director of Operations

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment
• Complete morning cleaning checklists to ensure restaurant readiness
• Conduct fryer boil-outs and other deep-cleaning procedures
• Assist with truck deliveries, including unloading and submitting credits
• Repair equipment as assigned
• Carry out additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed

Hours:

• 10-20 hours per week

Requirements:

• 6am-10am availability.
• Ability to lift 50 lb.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
