ASR Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Manager to lead the maintenance department at one of its refinery sites. The role focuses on directing maintenance, improving plant reliability, and reducing costs while complying with safety and environmental standards.
Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years in maintenance/engineering/operations management, with supervisory experience in a union environment and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The function of the MaintenanceTeam Manageris to provide necessary technical support and leadership, to direct, facilitate, and coordinate the performance, development, and improvement of the maintenance department. The Team Manager will also establish a capable, continuously improving, high quality maintenance work force with focus on improving plant equipment reliability at the lowest sustainable cost.
