Wasatch Property Management seeks a Maintenance Team Lead to guide a skilled crew across our apartment communities. You will oversee maintenance teams, plan turns, and ensure service requests are completed quickly while maintaining move-in quality.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, EPA certification, and strong leadership. The role offers hourly pay and bonus potential in a dynamic, resident-focused environment.

At Wasatch Property Management, our Maintenance Team Leads play a crucial role in each community's success. They are the leaders in facilities management, bringing technical expertise to every aspect of our apartment communities and providing guidance and training to the maintenance team. From HVAC systems to plumbing repairs and even fresh coats of paint, Maintenance Managers are involved in every apartment, ensuring resident satisfaction.

What you'll do:

• Oversee the team of Maintenance Team Members
• Schedule and complete turns.
• Responsible for completing occupied apartment service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Manages the inventory of "ready" apartments to support the community's marketing and leasing efforts and inspects ready apartments for move-in quality.
• Spearheading maintenance initiatives.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• EPA Certified with 3-5 years related experience a plus.
• Skill in planning, delegating, and coordinating the work of others.

• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following:

Benefits and Pay Range :

The pay range for this position is $22.15 - 29.97 USDper hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!

Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
